not later than 15:00 Tashkent time, November 11, 2009.

GENERAL CONDITIONS/REQUIREMENTS

1. Your quotation in English or Russian language, should be accompanied by adequate technical documentation and catalogue(s) and other pertinent information (in English language) for each item quoted, including names and addresses of firms providing service facilities in Tashkent city, Uzbekistan.

2. The prices should be quoted CIP/DDU/FCA Tashkent (INCOTERMS 2000). Prices can be quoted in Uzbek soums or US dollars. Please do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) to the price in quotations. United Nations Development Programme in accordance with agreement between Government of Uzbekistan and UNDP is VAT exempt.

3. UN exchange rate on the last day for Bids submission will be applied for currency conversion for evaluation purpose.

4. The Hardware and Software shall be branded, new, unused and complete.

5. All offered software shall support Cyrillic fonts and language.

6. CONNECTION CABLES. The computer hardware shall be supplied with all necessary cables such as power, interface, etc.

7. COMPATIBILITY. The computer hardware to be commissioned shall be compatible with the software offered. All the computer hardware and software shall function individually and allow changing LAN configuration (number of computers and peripheral equipment, if necessary).

8. PERIPHERAL EQUIPMENT. Peripheral equipment shall be provided with appropriate software and drivers to operate with the standard software.

9. DOCUMENTATION. The Supplier shall provide detailed operation and user's manuals for each unit of the Information Technologies and Goods. Such documentation shall be enclosed in packs of appropriate units. All the documentation shall be in English or Russian.

10. The Supplier shall meet all minimal requirements of the technical specifications for the Goods given in List above.

OTHER CONDITIONS
Delivery Time: As soon as possible
Payment Terms:
- 100% of the total contract price will be paid by bank transfer to the Supplier’s account after delivery and acceptance of goods for payments in US Dollars
- 15% prepayment and 85% after acceptance for payments in Uzbek soums.

Validity of Quotation: 30 days

Customer’s Right to Vary Requirements at Time of Award:
15%, increase or decrease in quantity; the unit prices remain unchanged

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

All quotations duly signed and stamped shall be submitted by electronic mail (in PDF format) to the following address bids.uz@undp.org or in sealed envelops via mail/express mail or by hand to the address below not later than 15:00 local time (Tashkent) on November, 2009:

Late bids will be rejected.
You may quote for any Lot or for all Lots together (Please indicate transportation cost separately for each lot). Price quotations will be evaluated for each LOT separately and contract will be awarded to the company/s meeting to the technical specification and offering the lowest price on Lot by Lot basis.

ATTENTION: Please indicate on the envelop or on e-mail subject the RFQ reference i.e. "RFQ/276/09". UNDP will not be responsible for postal delays, if any, in the delivery of the bid documents or non-receipt of the same.
