National Centre of Geodesy and Cartography
of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and State Cadastre (Goscomzemgeodescadaster)
proclaims the Tender auction on supply of

115 sets of satellite geodetic equipment and attendant software
for works in the field of land administration, land cadastre
and agricultural lands monitoring
(every set consists of 2 receivers, maximum value of one set is 5500 USD)

Terms of delivery – CIP Tashkent (airport or railway station).
Schedule of delivery – within 90 (ninety) days from the moment of opening the irrevocable letter of credit.
Terms of financing – in hard currency (in local currency for the local supplies), by means of opening the irrevocable documentary letter of credit in the bank of a purchaser or another bank that has correspondent relations with National Bank of Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the benefit of a supplier of this one and with disclosure of it on the base of documents, submitted to the bank, on acknowledgement of goods delivery to the Republic of Uzbekistan (State Customs Declaration, Waybill with customs note and etc.)
The “Project” financing will be at the expense of the state budget, allocated to the Goscomzemgeodescadaster (further – Customer) by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The following qualification requirements made to the Tenderer in order to participate in the tender auction:
 Civil legal ability and power to conclude the Contract;
 Available experience of goods’ delivery, operations and services similar to the subject of the Tender auction is not less than 2 (two) years;
In order to participate in the Tender auction and purchase of the Tender documentation it is necessary to apply to the Tender auction Organizer National Center of Geodesy and Cartography of Goscomzemgeodescadaster by the address:

The price of one package of the Tender documentation is USD 300.00 for foreign manufacturers (suppliers) (Corr. Acc. 20210840300112480001 SAYOHAT BRANCH of The National Bank of Foreign Economic Relations of Uzbekistan. SWIFT CODE: NBFA UZ 2X), 300 000.00 sums for local ones. (Account 20210000200112480001 SAYOHAT BRANCH of the National Bank of Foreign Economic Relations of Uzbekistan, Swift Code 00905)
The auction organizer accepts the tender offers at the address mentioned above.
Opening of the envelopes with tender offers will held on July 20 2009 at 15-00 o’clock by Tashkent Time Standard at the address: Tashkent, Chilanzar, block “C” 56.
The deadline for the Tender offers’ submission is day and time of opening the envelopes with the Tender offers.
